Basement tanking work in Central London and Southend. Damp proof coursing and
waterproofing work in conservation areas in Southend and in Colchester, Burnham
and Maldon. North Kent and Hertfordshire also provide regular work.
We are always on the look out for any projects that don't fall under the category
of normal, we specialise in diverse projects and enjoy the challenges that are
offered by the slightly unusual.
Benham Preservation tackles every job with the same enthusiam and professional

Dry rot treatment has been carried out recently in the old Colchester Garisson, which is now being transformed into housing.
Damp Proof Course work has been carried out for the Salvation Army at "The Farm" in Hadleigh.
